Hard-fighting, Big-growing, Bait-munching and Line snapping Carp are among the most popular coarse fish and all for good reason.
Carp are not a native species to British waters released into rivers and canals The Carp quickly spawned and spread throughout the rivers, Canals and Lakes.
Once introduced into a new venue they like to establish themselves as the Dominant species and can easily put on 3lb in weight per year.
